Payment and Delivery

1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

You can do it to Finasbank, Şekerbank T. İş Bankası and any of our accounts (TL).

2) With your credit cards on our site
You can take advantage of our online single payment for any credit card or online installments from QNB FİNANSBANK. In your online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, the refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

4) Delivery We try to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3 working days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery. In order to ensure the delivery of the product without any delay, please inform the address of your location as the delivery address during the day. Your requests will be processed in order to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Izmir-based company will be sent by Yurt I cargo company. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) business days at the latest.
